Overview
Every year, FuturoFund Austin will grant 100% of its membership contributions to nonprofit organizations making an impact in the Latino community. The annual grant cycle begins in August and ends in November. We do not accept grant requests outside of this annual process.
Eligibility
Eligible organizations can request funding from FuturoFund for general operations or special programs and initiatives to impact the Hispanic/Latino community. FuturoFund will accept only one application per eligible organization per year. An organization that has received a grant from FuturoFund may not reapply in the following year.
Nonprofit organizations or program serving Austin and the surrounding communities are eligible. While the surrounding communities are not strictly defined, FuturoFund will consider grant requests from organizations that serve cities and communities in the five-county region (Travis, Williamson, Hays, Bastrop, and Caldwell).
Grants will be awarded for programs in the following areas:
- Education
- Arts & Culture
- Social Justice
- Community Development
- Health & Human Services
